Mattar M'Boge is best known as a Association Football Manager. He was born on June 21, 1980 in Banjul. He was promoted to work with the senior national team as assistant coach, before being interviewed for the head coach role when it became vacant and finally being confirmed in a revamped backroom team following the appointment of Sang Ndong as head coach. He was promoted as Head Coach of the U20 national team in October 2017.

M’Boge started his coaching career in 2004 whilst studying at Loughborough University, where he also gained his MSc. in Multimedia & Computing as well as his BSc. in Computing & Management and where he coached his teams to consecutive national league titles between 2005 and 2007.
